Worry

Worry is a chain of negative thoughts associated with anxiety symptoms. It is relatively uncontrollable and keeps reminding individual about the negative outcome of the event. These worrisome thoughts usually start with ‘What if………..? type involuntary intrusive thoughts about anticipated threat or danger to self or family members. In the end person starts worrying about worry.
