Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GETSVEL, We ensure that our clients must feel connected to us and can have the feeling that their problems are being taken care of by the best clinical psychologists who are especially passionate and experts in particular psychological problems. We are also ready to change psychologists/counselors if the client is not satisfied with the services. Even after our best efforts, if things do not place

we happily make the refund in the following circumstances.

(a) You are not satisfied after one session of counseling.
(b)  If you change your mind before the beginning of sessions.

Following circumstances do not qualify for Return or Refund.

(a) Any request made after 2 or more sessions of counseling/therapies.
(b) Return or refund requests made after fixing the appointment with a therapist for the 2nd session and canceled at the last moment.
(c) Request made after two fixed but missed appointments.
(d) No response by clients even after Three attempts(Total on all the provided contact details) by our team on a fixed appointment for a session..
(e) If the client misbehaves or makes any derogatory remarks to therapists during a session.
(f) Refund amount will be 2-4% less to deposited amount as the mentioned percentage of money is deducted by the payment gateway on any transaction.

How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund at [email protected].

Please Note: The mode of refund may vary from case to case. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, allow 7 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. If the mode of refund is by Wallet, credit should be available within 7 to 10 working days
